We collect information about you when you provide it to us for a budget proposal for an app development through web , email and other communication systems. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information when you start development of your app.


Regarding the code of your project, access is given to those people who work in Hamro or for Hamro and that will develop all of the functionalities that your app project requires.


Regarding our website,we use third party scripts and cookies that keep record of your browsing information, and we inform about this according to the General Data Protection Regulation active within all limits of the European Union. This also includes information regarding if you come back to your website , in which way and what traffic flow you used. All of this information we store to obtain metrics and statistics that help us optimize our communication flow with our clients and to develop our business activities.


Hamro Dev works with a global network of partners and freelancers. These include other freelancers and companies for the development of your projects, as well as google services in GMAIL and our own CRM.

How we use the information you provide to us.


We store all of the information relevant to you or your company in our CRM and only with administrative purposes. We associate your contact information to projects that you or your organisation may develop with us. Your information, as well as all of the information regarding any activity you conduct with us is stored in our CRM data system to help us interact with you and your requests.


Regarding the characteristics of your project, we store this information to further create better price estimates and teams in other future projects


We also use your contact information to send you news letters and information that may be relevant to develop future projects with you, as well as to remind you of pending tasks on your behalf, like payments or new functionality specifications for your project.


In case you use third party software to contact us, such as Whatsapp, Gmail , Facebook or Twitter, we assume that you accept the terms and privacy conditions those services offer to interact with us, and we are not responsable for any problems or breaches that may arise from the use of these third party communication channels regarding your privacy.


We will also use your personal information as well as that of your project to protect our business interests and the industrial activities we conduct, wherever the law requires it and always under the corresponding government procedures.


Finally, and always under your consent, we will also use information that you might have provided us for other uses, such as publishing your testimonial or review of your project to promote our development services.

How we share your information with other service providers.

In order to conduct our business activities, we use all sorts of collaborative tools such as Trello, Jira, Invision or Bitbucket. Using these tools with us, you may create and share content with people from our organisation that work in your project, giving thim access to download and edit these documents.


Again, we assume that the information you share with us in these collaborative platforms - key to the development's success - is shared with good will to help us conduct our business activities, and we understand that you accept the terms and conditions that each one of these services provides. For instance, when you use trello to work with us on different project features, we understand that you also share this information you provide with us with Trello and accept its own privacy policy.


Regarding other internet service providers to start your project, we assume you accept the terms and conditions that these companies comply with.


Regarding client data and sensible information of your project that is provided to us for the correct development of web or app project, we will only share this information that need to have this information to properly develop your app, responding in joined form in any case of filtration or damage that we could be found liable for.


We might also forward your data to third parties and organisations that provide any services required to develop your app. This kind of forwardments will always be informed and agreed upon beforehand so you and your team may make the best decisions on regards of privacy when it comes to hiring the services of these third parties. For example, we understand you allow us to forward information to Facebook if your app requires to use facebook login credentials or any other facebook services.


To conclude, always under previous consent, we may forward your information  about you to third parties and organisations that may help us improve the way in which we conduct our business and sales activities.


In extraordinary circumstances, we may be subject to sharing information regarding you or your company to a third party or organisation, if we consider that sharing it is reasonable and compulsory to comply with any law, regulation or judiciary process in any government that may have the right to claim it.


How we store and secure the information you provide to us.


In order to conduct our business activities, we use hosting service providers spread throughout the globe. These service providers are always sited in countries considered "Safe Harbours" that comply with the security and privacy requirements established in the European Union.



Even though we implement security measures designed to protect your data and information, there is no fully secure security system, and due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that the information we posses from you stored in our servers  and our service providers  will never be completely safe from any unwanted intrusion from third parties and entities. When you use other service providers to sustain your business app model, the responsability of that information will be yours and that of the internet service provider company, and not ours.


Regarding time, we keep and store your project information safely for as long as we consider it useful to conducting our business activities, and will only use this information for this exclusive purpose, unless previous consent to any other .


We may delete all the information regarding you from our services and infrastructure whenever you require us to, without any need for explanation. You'll only need to ask for us to proceed to the deletion of all data of your project.


Regarding your project details and characteristics, we store this information to further make better project estimates and improve our communication flow and working activities with future clients in future projects. For example, your project may help us estimate better budgets in further projects with other clients.

Due to the nature of the way we conduct our business activities, we frequently share information about your project with third parties and entities that are spread throughout the globe. Regarding these people and organisations, we force them to work under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. However, being many of these parties in territories that are not under the EU Jurisdiction, it may occur that these parties are forced to share your information with other government entities to comply with government regulations or laws afecting their privacy policies. (For instance, when using GMAIL services outside of the United States of America). Due to this, we cannot guarantee that we can force all of our collaborators and those involved in the development of your project, to comply with the European Union Regulations, if these countries force our collaborators to forward them their information.


As an extraordinary measure, we might be forced to share personal information about you to another third party or organisation, if we consider sharing it reasonable and needed to comply with any law, legal process or regulation of any government that might have the right to claim this information from us.


It may also happen that from time to time we may change our privacy policy. If changes are important enough , we will notify our users so you can take a look at these changes. If in any of these situations you stop agreeing with our privacy policy, you will have to stop conducting business activities with us and, if needed, ask us to delete any information relevant to your project.
